Tenant isolation
Enforced on every query: mandatory org-context, unconditional org scoping, and composite org+location keys, backed by IDOR regression tests.
Immutable audit
Every mutation logged with actor, timestamp, IP, and before/after state. Append-only, DB-trigger enforced, no UPDATE or DELETE. Retention ≥ 7 years.
SSO-ready
OpenID Connect / OAuth 2.0 for Okta, Microsoft Entra, and Google Workspace, per-org. MFA at the IdP layer. SAML on the roadmap.
Eight-tier RBAC
Hierarchical role-based access from Crew to Platform Admin. Location-scoped, time-boundable, with re-auth on privileged actions.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS 1.2+ for all API traffic. AES-256 at rest. bcrypt (12 rounds) for passwords. SHA-256 for API keys.
No payroll PII
Hours and tips export read-only to your payroll provider. No SSNs, no W-2/1099, no direct-deposit info stored.

We export hours and tips read-only to your payroll provider. We don’t compute taxes, net pay, or file W-2s.
POS administration
Forcelynx integrates with your POS; it doesn’t replace or administer it. Your POS stays the system of record.
Guest payment data
No cardholder data stored, no card payments processed, no PCI-scope information. Payments stay in your POS and processor.
Public booking
Reservations is a host-stand tool, not a public booking engine. Pair it with OpenTable, Resy, or SevenRooms.
