The approach How we build

A platform, not a toolkit.

Built for restaurant groups who are done running twelve dashboards. Every product we ship shares the same foundation, identity, data, audit, security, events, so your first integration is also your last.

A note from the floor

Most hospitality software solves half a problem and creates three new ones.

A scheduler. A tip calculator. An inventory tracker. A gift-card vendor. A training portal. Each one is another login, another vendor, another data silo nobody owns, a stack operators can’t audit, IT can’t secure, and finance can’t reconcile. Hospitality doesn’t need another tool. It needs a platform that thinks like an operator.

Principles

Four commitments we design around.

These aren’t marketing pillars. They’re architectural constraints we hold ourselves to every time we write code.

01

Built for the Friday-night double

Every feature is designed against the shift it has to survive. The double, the server who never clocked out, the close-out at 1am where the numbers do not match. We build assuming the mess, not the clean demo.

02

Shared foundation, isolated data

Our products share identity, audit, security, and events, not databases. Every client gets strict per-tenant isolation. Adopt one today, add another next quarter, no migration.

03

POS-native, not POS-blind

We speak Simphony, Toast, and Square directly. No middleware abstraction that leaks at the worst moment. The POS is the center of gravity, and we integrate the way POS vendors do.

04

Multi-location from day one

There is no “upgrade to enterprise.” Every product supports unlimited locations, multi-currency, and role-scoped access out of the box. Scale is a setting, not a migration.

The stack

One foundation, every product.

Adopt Perktiva or Forcelynx independently; both inherit the same identity, audit, and data layer, and both speak to your POS directly.

Capabilities

What we guarantee.

The operational capabilities you can count on: edge, data, hosting, payments, and POS, each on managed, battle-tested infrastructure. Specific vendors under NDA during procurement.
